Ethics 4 Everyone (26 minutes)

This fast-paced workshop will help managers supervisors and staff understand the role ethics plays in their organisation and suggest ways to improve their thought processes and decision-making around ethical issues.

The video introduces a series of true-to-life and easy to relate to vignettes of employees confronting ethical choices or observing ethical lapses in the workplace. Several of the vignettes demonstrate obvious ethical violations while others represent ethical grey areas – questionable behaviours – where the line between "should" and shouldn't" is blurry.

Narrated by noted ethicist Eric Harvey co-author of the best-selling "Walk the Talk:" book series these lessons have helped more than 84% of Fortune magazine's "most Admired Companies" turn values into value-added results. The Leadership Segment follows after the credits for the main video and runs for about 10mins. This Leadership Debrief of the Ethics 4 Everyone workshop allows management to review and discus topics and the feedback received from the participants.
